The Dereve Group
Dereve's
roots go a long way back into British manufacturing history. Evered
Limited, was a very large manufacturing Company originally established
in 1803.
Out of
Evered in 1977 Dereve was established (Evered spelled backwards!), when
Evered sold off its Pressure Reducer Section of its Controls Division.
Initially, Dereve's primary focus was the production of water governors
and pressure reducers, but steadily we have expanded our range of products,
including developing our own range of relief valves.
The
Dereve group is split into four divisions:
Relief
Valve & Pressure Control Division
Dereve
produce a range of relief valves and pressure regulators. Our relief
valves can be used with Air, Gases and Liquids, and are available brass
and stainless steel with a variety of seat materials available. Pressures
ranges from 0.5 bar up to 27.6 bar are available and our sizes range
from 1/4" - 1" BSP.
All our Safety Valves are PED 97/23 EC approved and CE marked.
Dereve
offer a large
range of pressure regulators and governors and can supply regulators
with either brass, chrome plated brass or plastic bodies.
We also manufacture the patented “Sloflo” Water Saving Device,
which offers unrivaled performance and value.
Many of our products are manufactured and designed to meet Water Regulation
Advisory
Scheme approval.
Variants
can be adapted to customers needs at short notice.
If you do not see the valve or regulator you are looking for on our
website we will happily discuss manufacturing valves to meet your exact
requirements.
Wind
Up Door Bell Division
Designed and manufactured by Dereve we have produced wind up door bells
since 1970, and since then we have sold in excess of 150,000 units.
They are completely maintenance free and have certainly stood the test
of time.
Environmentally friendly, they contains no batteries nor require any
wires, and are easy to install.
Our bells are ideal for installation in areas where radio signals are
disrupted/disrupting.
Plastic
Moulding Division
As well as producing plastic mouldings for our own products, we undertake
sub-contract moulding work which covers components for the security
and communications industries.
We can produce parts from less than 2-gram to 300 grams, and we have
a range of injection moulding machines from 30 to 150 Tonne clamping
pressure.
For tool making we have a close working relationship with a local toolmaker
giving us a very competitive mould design and tool making facility.
Machining
Division
As
well as producing components for our own products, we undertake sub-contract
manufacturing to many companies, covering security, moulding inserts,
components for high pressure equipment and components for working steam
models.
Our
machinery includes:
Single
spindle automatic lathes up to 2" diameter
Capstan lathes for second operation
Drillers
Four spindle automatic lathes
Millers
Fly presses
Semi-automaic brazing machine
Hydraulic press
Linishing Machine
